Delivery Times

Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Mississauga, Ontario, by appointment only.

If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order before it leaves us.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products.
