Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or preparing for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kissesfromheaven.ca.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened candles and soaps within 7 days of the shipping date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of the shipping date.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully package every order before it leaves us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
If the item was damaged during shipping or we made an error with your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened soaps and candles cannot be returned.
Sale or clearance items may also be final sale unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
